This is usually a very easy fix.
Underneath all the grime was a beautiful wood floor
Underneath old carpet and a ton of drywall.
Done with golden oak but do not want to stain. Switch it up and do a natural waterbase finish.
The top pictures are stains with just polyurethane and no stain. The bottom two are stains that we camouflaged with a dark walnut stain.
This was popular in upstairs attics.
